buying or selling items on our site. During registration, the user is required to

secondary phone number, fax number, referral, interests, etc. It is the user's
discretion whether or not to provide the optional information.

representing when participating in activities on our site. Required information
includes: company name, address, and primary phone number. There are a number
of optional fields that the user can fill out if he wishes. It is the users discretion
whether or not to provide the optional information. However, if the user wishes to
participate in our Service Network, we recommend filling out as much information as
possible. This will enable prospective customers to find you easier when searching

The user and company registration information provided is used to provide users with
information about updates to our website, to provide customer service, and administrative
services for your account.
Equipment Network
Only certain information provided by buyers and sellers is used in the equipment auction
area of our website. FactoryNetwork.com does not display sellers' or buyers'
contact information in the auction area. If a bidder wishes to ask the seller
about the equipment or schedule a date for inspecting the equipment, they can
request the seller's email address. The equipment information is displayed in the
auction area to allow bidders to bid on a seller's equipment. Seller and Buyer
contact information is exchanged between the seller and the winning bidder when the
auction is completed.
Service Network
Each company decides whether or not to display their company information in the Service
Network. Each company can only have one main contact. The first person to
register with each company is designated as the main contact for that company. The
main contact can select whether or not to add the company to the service Network. If
a company decides to add itself to the Service Network, all of the information provided
about the company will be available to any registered users of FactoryNetwork.com.
The main contact can also choose whether or not to make the main contact information (name
and email address) available to other users. This will allow perspective customers
to find companies in specific industries and contact them about potential business.
The only user information that might be displayed in the service network is the main
contact user's first and last name and email address. The main contact decides
whether or not to make this information available. Companies are in complete control
of how much information that they want to make available. Only a few fields in the
company information form are required such as company name and address. All other
information is optional. If a company does not want to display certain information,
they do not have to provide information in the optional fields on the form. Keep in
mind, providing more information about your company will improve the chances
that potential
customers will be able to find your company in the Service Network.
Career Network (coming soon)
Companies will be able to post available jobs in our Career Network. Such
information will include job category and description, job location, salary range, etc.
Companies decide how much information to provide. Keep in mind, providing
more information about a job opening will improve the chances of a potential employee's ability
to find your job posting in the Career Network.
Banner Ads
We currently run our own banner advertisements. However, in the future we may decide
to use an outside ad company to display banner advertisements on our website. Many
advertisement companies use cookies in their advertisements. Cookies included in
banner advertisements are collected by the advertisement companies, and we do not have
access to this information. We encourage you to visit the advertising sites directly
to learn how the information in the cookies is used.
Third parties:

you, FactoryNetwork.com will not disclose any of your user contact information to third
parties other than in connection with successful equipment auction transactions or upon
written approval from a representative of your company. We may release aggregate
user information, which does not identify any user by name or contact information, to
third parties. When compelled by court order, or when we believe that such
disclosure is warranted, we will release information to cooperate with inquiries
by law
enforcement or other government agencies.
Our website
Although FactoryNetwork takes every precaution to protect users' information, we cannot guarantee that
your information will not be illegally intercepted by a third party.

The FactoryNetwork.com website contains links to other websites. This Privacy Policy
applies solely to information collected by FactoryNetwork.com. We are not responsible
for the practices and privacy policies of these other sites. We suggest that users

Passwords
Users are responsible for protecting the privacy of their passwords. Users may
change their passwords, while logged on, by selecting the "My Account" menu
selection on the home page and then selecting "My User Information". To
change your password type the new password in both the password field and the verify
password field. If you forget your password, notify us by email and we will respond
by emailing the password back to you.
CHANGING & REVIEWING USER OR COMPANY INFORMATION:
My Account
Users may change or review their user information, while logged on, by selecting the
"My Account" menu selection on the home page and then selecting "My User
Information". Make any necessary changes and then resubmit the form.
Users may change or review company information, while logged on, by selecting the "My
Account" menu selection on the home page and then selecting "My Company
Information". In order to change company information, the user must be main
contact for the company. If you are not the main contact, you can still view the
company information. If you change jobs you can select a different company by
selecting "My Company Information" under the "My Account" menu, scroll
down to the bottom of the page and follow the directions.
Canceling your account
You can cancel your account by sending us an email requesting us to close your account.
Requests for account cancellation do not ensure that all information will be
completely removed from our systems. FactoryNetwork.com retains user information
as a
record of all activity performed on our website. User information is also retained
in order to enforce the Terms of Service and resolve disputes and problems associated with
our website.
